As you seek institutional memory, I would like to bring to your attention that last week I raised an issue about Questions that appear on the programme of the week, but fail to appear on the Order Paper on the day they are supposed to appear. You may wish to consider under what circumstances that happens, and why that should be so. What is the possible cause of this anomaly? I am talking about Questions which appear on the programme of the week. For example, my Question was supposed to appear on todayâs Order Paper, but it is not on it, yet I came prepared for it."
