    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to thank Madam Minister for that very eloquent description of what they have done to contain the situation. There is cholera outbreak in Nyalenda, Kajulu and Kolwa areas. There was a cholera emergency action that took place in my constituency. Yesterday, I talked to the Provincial Medical Officer of Health (PMOH). I asked him about the four cholera cases that have been reported in Kisumu. The fact of the matter is that the public health officers are not doing their jobs. There is raw sewage in Kisumu. This is right in the centre of Kisumu City. Could she instruct her public health officers to sue the Kisumu City Council in respect of the raw sewage which is causing the cholera?"
