    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I rise under Standing Order No.40 for a very simple reason. The Prime Minister has been absent from this House for three consecutive sessions. I, and Kenyans expected that the first thing he would do is to, at least, explain where he has been. The Prime Minister has been sending his two deputies here. The first one, Mr. Uhuru Kenyatta runs an extremely busy Ministry. The same case applies to Mr. Mudavadi. In fact, Mr. Mudavadi told us in this House that he was unable to explain---"
