    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I am aware that every hon. Member in this House is a Member of at least two constituencies, the physical one that they represent and the party that they represent. What the Standing Orders envisage there, in my view, is that before you are removed, there is somebody who takes you there. In that context, that somebody has the authority to remove you. Kenya is a multi-party democracy and in view of that, hon. Members remain the property of their parties."
