    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I agree entirely with Mr. Lekuton about the pollution of our environment by what we call “vehicular pollution”. There are emission standards that need to be enforced by the authorities, but are not being enforced. Other countries have made the use of bicycles in certain circumstances mandatory. If you visit a country like Netherlands, you will find many people riding bicycles. The same thing happens in China. They use muscle power rather than vehicular power. This is something that should be explored. I will propose that the task force also looks into this by factoring the use of other alternative means of transport. This will require that we also create special lanes so that cyclists are not endangered by motorists."
