These two components will be subject of in-depth deliberations by this House during sessions of Committee of Ways and Means and the Committee of Supply. Before the commencement of these deliberations, I am sure hon. Members will have ample time to scrutinise resource allocation in detail as provided in the Budget Estimate books for the Financial Year 2009/2010."
