    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I have just returned from the International Labour Organization (ILO) Conference in Geneva on the Jobs Crisis. The Government position was that over 10,000 Kenyans have lost their jobs and have, therefore, left their employment before their retirement age. Apart from that, is the Assistant Minister telling the House that he is not able to establish how many Kenyans have left employment before the retirement age? Is that what he is telling the House?"
