"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, for the information of my colleague, we do not give food to every person in any given district. I have just stated that we are handling the whole district, but not only his constituency. The hon. Member knows very well there are several divisions in his district. Each division is targeted by the food security group. Assessment is done twice in a year. The population affected by drought is provided for. Therefore, the 105,000 people affected are the very needy. There is a lot of need in the whole country. Therefore, we cannot afford to give food to each and every person in all the affected areas."
