    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am not aware that the programme has been withdrawn. To the contrary, the programme is very much in place. This June itself, we have already disbursed a lot of food under the same programme. Therefore, it is not true that that emergency programme has been withdrawn. Possibly, in particular constituencies, because of the assessments we were doing, delays may have been made for tabulations to be done such that proper targeting can be considered, so that disbursements will be effected. Otherwise, withdrawal is not the true position."
