    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the reason why the operations of this Fund are so opaque is because the Ministry does not disclose to the public how much money goes to which areas in this Republic. As a result, the money disbursed by the Ministry is mixed with the money from finance institutions like Maasai cattle. So, we do not know which money belongs to whom. They charge the interest that they want. What will the Minister do to ensure that the money disbursed by the Ministry is treated distinctly from the money belonging to the finance institutions?
