    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to thank the Minister for an excellent answer. In this country, the only thing that has gone up by 100 per cent within a period of four years is housing. Housing is a crucial factor in society. Every person in Kenya needs to have a house. The rest of the world, for example, China, is adopting technologies that are very efficient in building and cutting costs. Is this Ministry pursuing research that would most likely give us technology that will make housing cheaper for our people in this country?"
