    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we also observed delays in preparing Treasury memoranda. The Committee noted with concern, the delay in implementation of the Committee’s recommendations. The Treasury memoranda for the following Reports, which were adopted by this House, have not been submitted to Parliament by the Ministry of Finance. Imagine that the Report for as way back as the year 1998/99 was adopted in the year 2006 but to date, there is no memorandum. For the Report of 1999/2000, which was adopted in April, 2007, there is no memorandum."
