    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would also want the Minister to clarify what informed the brutal operation by the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) where thousands of animals were chased around the Tsavo West National Park using choppers, vehicles and with hundreds of rangers in pursuit, and whether livestock are lesser animals to the wildlife that the Ministry is guarding. Finally, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to know why KWS has resorted to inhuman treatment of the livestock and their owners neighboring the national parks, in contravention of both the human and animal rights, and when the KWS will compensate them for any loss caused by the operation, be it human or livestock for that matter. Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir."
