    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as I conclude, we have to support advocacy by those groups that form in the village; the Community-Based Organisations (CBOs) that come up with initiatives to preserve and talk about these swamps. Maybe even the county government should have a budget for such groups because sometimes, they are not aware of their existence. This is so that they can help in the budgets of preserving these wetlands."
