    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, over and above that, I would also like to commend the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance for having zero-rated duty on bicycles. This will really improve transport in the rural areas. It will also engage a few of our youths who will find the bicycles affordable. In that direction, I think the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance has done well. I would like to rest my case at that point."
