I beg to give Notice of the following Motion- THAT, the Senate adopts the Report of the Select Committee on Delegated Legislation on the consideration of- The Physical and Land use Planning (Planning Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, Legal Notice No.72 of 2024; The Land (Amendment) Regulations, Legal Notice No.74 of 2024; The Land Registration (General) (Amendment) Regulations, Legal Notice No.77 of 2024; laid on the Table of the Senate on Tuesday, 30th July, 2024. That pursuant to Section 18 of the Statutory Instruments Act, and Standing Order No.195(4), the Senate resolves to annul- (1) The Physical and Land use Planning (Planning Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, Legal Notice No.72 of 2024 (2) The Land (Amendment) Regulations, Legal Notice No.74 of 2024 (3) The Land Registration (General) (Amendment) Regulations, Legal Notice No.77 of 2024.
