    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, we have a title called “Hon. Members.” When we sit here as Senators and it transpires that somebody has cast a vote on behalf of two Senators who are not in this House, how does it reflect on our integrity as hon. Members? There are things we should draw a red line. We cannot degenerate to that level. How do we trust each other if we sit in this House, but when you realize that your colleague is not there and you want to carry the vote, you vote on their behalf? This is a matter that we should refer to the Powers and Privileges Committee; we know who cast that vote so that we bring this to an end. You do not have to win by all means. You win in a fair contest. These were two votes cast. We request that you refer this matter to the Powers and Privileges Committee so that we know who has voted fraudulently on behalf of Senators who are not in the House. If we do not protect the integrity of this House, we are failing completely."
