    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I will also try to be very brief. I have listened to my colleagues and the appeal they have made in relation to the use or misuse of the Powers and Privileges Committee. There are two things. One, the reference being made to what transpired at the National Assembly was a matter of allegations. An allegation was made that money was paid. It was an allegation. We are not dealing with an allegation here. We are dealing with a fact that a Senator who was not in the Chamber during Division has voted. That is a fact. It is not conjecture or an allegation.
