    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, to add to what the Chair has indicated, Machakos Petition No. E002 of 2024 is, in fact, res judicata because we have a similar matter before the Court of Appeal. If the court in Machakos gets this information, it will make it easier for them to decide the matter pending. Therefore, there is duplicity of suits. Most probably, litigants in Machakos will be advised to join the main suit in this particular matter. I beg to second."
