    "content": "When you look under Article 60 of the Constitution of Kenya on principles of land equity, vis-a-vis the amendment, we must create equitable access to land and security of land rights. I know all of us own land. I was telling somebody jokingly that if you want to ensure your land is safe, you charge. In layman's language because not all of us are legal minds and do not enjoy the legal prowess that I possess, it means that you take a loan to ensure your land cannot be grabbed."
