    "content": "As to when the contractor is expected to resume construction of the Ikumbi-Ikangi- Gacharage Road, the Ministry submitted that the Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) maintenance contractor maintains all other road sections under the agency in Kigumo Constituency. Additionally, the agency utilises framework contracts to promptly address any emergency works ensuring affected sections remain passable and safe for motorists."
