    "content": "Lastly, the cuts have been across all levels of government, vertically and horizontally. The national Government, the Executive is losing over Ksh121 billion across all levels. The county governments are also losing Ksh20 billion in regard to equitable share. All the arms of Government have lost. Parliament has lost Ksh3.7 billion. I want to loud the patriotism shown by Members of Parliament who in unison, agreed to travel less, both domestically and foreign, for the sake of our economy."
