Aggregation centres are quite important when it comes to agricultural development in this country. But when you look at the losses we incur in terms of post-harvest, which is about 30 per cent of the produce, you will agree that the Ksh310 million be moved from aggregation centres to post-harvest losses so that we can have dryers.
