    "content": "the provisions of Section 6 with regard to prompt payment of pension. This is justified in that we have witnessed retirees after going through tribulations and challenges pursuing their pension for a long time. This particular amendment gives power to the Cabinet Secretary to make regulations to give effect that within 90 days after retirement, a pensioner should receive his or her dues on time when he or she is still energised and can enjoy the services he or she has provided. Thank you."
