    "content": " Hon. Temporary Chairlady, we considered the proposed Senate Amendment to Clause 6, and we rejected this amendment. The reason being that the proposal was to add another member appointed by the Council of Governors. The presumption here is that the Board will already be formed and the Council of Governors will assess the gender equity and that is not a possibility. The Board is formed at the same time. So, we realised this was not possible. On the second sub-clause 2, we also, therefore, did not consider the additional sub-clauses. Therefore, the Part B also falls. Thank you."
