As we continue to grow democratically, although this country is on a very fast track than most of our neighbours, if this becomes law, it will ease the monetary transactions within the East African region. Eventually, if we are serious enough, it will become a stimulus for the monetary union in our region. This is a very important Bill that requires the support of the whole House. We need to make it law."
