Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 32 of the Bill be amended— (a) by deleting subclause (1) and substituting therefor the following new subclause; “(1) The county government shall designate collection centres in consultation with cotton growers and other stakeholders.” (b) in subclause (2)— (i) by deleting the words “county executive committee member” and substituting therefor the words “county government;” appearing in the opening statement; and, The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
