    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, last night on television we saw the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) rangers in their choppers, chasing pastoralists and their livestock all the way from Tsavo East National Park to Meru National Park. We must think of the people of Kenya. We must think of the livestock sector. I want to urge the Minister for Forestry and Wildlife and the Director of KWS to look at pastoralists in a more humane way, especially at this time of the drought. We do not want our people to lose their livestock. At this particular period, we want the KWS, the game parks, the Government ranches, the ADC ranches of Galana and that the people of Tana River, North Eastern Province, upper eastern, the pastoral communities of Kajiado and Samburu to be given a chance."
