Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 37 of the Bill be amended— (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting the words “section 34” appearing immediately after the word “under” and substituting therefor the words “section 36”; (b) by deleting sub-clause (2) and substituting therefor the following new subclause— “(2) For purposes of this Act, a revocation of license takes effect on the date on which the license is revoked by the board.” In this clause, we just corrected the text to be consistent with the marginal notes."
