Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 38 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after subclause (1)— “(2) The board shall apply the money received under this section for the furtherance of the objects and performance of the functions of the board.” Hon. Temporary Chairlady, in Clause 38, we provided clarity on how the money will be utilised by the board."
