    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Chairlady. Indeed, we only aligned the levy to the national level as opposed to the county level, as proposed in this legislative proposal. We, therefore, accept the proposal by Hon. Mutuse because it basically bars finished products from coming into Kenya. This will stimulate local production and productivity, increase value addition and create the jobs that we need. Thank you."
