    "content": " Hon. Temporary Chairlady, I want to build on what Hon. Oundo has said. This amendment will be good, if the Chairperson moves a further amendment and removes the word “tax”. I plead with him to do it. It opens the whole thing up to the Cabinet Secretaries concerned to do anything. It is not limited to tax. If he allows, he can move a further amendment to his amendment which currently states: ‘The Cabinet Secretary responsible for Agriculture may, in consultation with the Cabinet Secretary for National Treasury, initiate implementation of such measures, including incentives, in order to promote the development of the cotton industry. I have removed the word ‘tax’. This is what I have here."
