    "content": "I want to urge the Minister to ensure that water funds are channelled to store or to develop water storage facilities, particularly in rivers which are dry and there are many in this country. If we can go on storing and conserving water in these areas, even if we fail to get rain for the next five years, we would still be able to grow our food. Therefore, I urge the Minister to ensure that funds are available for water conservation, particularly in ASAL districts."
