    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I would like to deal with the matter of the hon. Sen. Lomenen, the Senator for Turkana County. It is 300 kilometres from Nairobi City County to Kapedo; where he was talking of a road which should be going into Turkana. Within Turkana, it is about 400 kilometres. A recent report from Citizen TV, showed that particular area and Kenyans from that County, complaining of how difficult transport is.
