    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I wish to comment on the statement by Sen. Methu on the issue of management of motor vehicles insurance. This statement is timely. I encourage the committee concerned - the Standing Committee on Roads and Transportation - to take an interest on that matter because it is an issue affecting many other counties. If they can, they should extend it to include the management of motor vehicles in various garages. We have many of the county vehicles with minor issues stalled in various garages for so long while nothing is being done. So, I would wish that that statement includes that issue.
