The ruling by this judge was very disappointing because when the MCAs of Meru County decided that they wanted to impeach Governor Kawira Mwangaza once again, they knew very well that there was Njuri Ncheke in Meru. The Governor, hon. Kawira Mwangaza, also knew very well that there is Njuri Ncheke in Meru in place.
