    "content": "We would like the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance to tell us whether it is possible, by mid this year, through compliant reports, to know if certain Ministries have been unable to utilize 50 per cent of what was allocated to them. Could we have a mechanism of reallocating such resources to Ministries and departments that would have superseded expenditure beyond 50 per cent? That way, we will not deny funds to Ministries and Departments that have the capacity to make use of the resources made available to them."
