    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, for the first time in Kenya’s history, the Ministry of Finance has really thought about Kenyans. The Ministry has given Members of Parliament a lifeline. In the past few years, the media has been painting us very black. So, as Members of Parliament, we now have a lifeline to build our names. As said, this is a challenge to us to show Kenyans that we are not here just to make noise but we are here to deliver services to our fellow Kenyans. With this Budget, we have no reason not to deliver these services."
