    "content": "I wonder whether this is in tandem with our new Constitution which envisages a Minister who will be outside Parliament. It would be important that a way is found where the reporting system reaches some independent body that is able to scrutinize the reports. To that end, I wish to propose to the Minister to consider bringing in a provision for the report to be coming to the relevant committee of the House. I know we will have the opportunity to pursue that further in the Committee of the Whole House."
