    "content": "I want to thank all the Members of this House. All of us have taken part in the preparation of the Supplementary Estimates through our departmental committees. Hon. Speaker, also, I want to thank you and the Clerk of the National Assembly for availing to us a very good working environment, especially within the precincts of Parliament where we discussed the entire process. As I had said when we were debating the Report, I also want to thank the Members of the BAC and also our back office, which is the Parliamentary Budget Office, especially officers like Dr. Abel, Ms. Julie and Mr. Dan, in the preparation of this Supplementary Appropriation Bill."
