    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I also stand to make my few comments on the Supplementary Appropriation Bill, 2024. We have found ourselves in uncharted waters. It is an unprecedented situation that we have found ourselves in. This is the first time in Kenya – it could be in many parts of the world – where a Supplementary Appropriation Bill is prepared before implementing the main budget.
