    "content": "It is also important that we take precaution and great care so that our farmers are not given substandard fertiliser. That is a criminal activity. It is immoral to give farmers fertiliser that will not help their farms. So, even as we appropriate funds for this, we want to tell the Ministry officials and those who will be responsible for importation and ensuring that this fertiliser is good, to know that Kenyans are watching closely. We must get quality for our money."
