    "content": " Thank you for the additional time. Having people in acting capacities in Government is very worrying. Some of those CEOs and finance managers in acting capacities sometimes give excuses for not completing assignments because of their positions. Once we are done auditing this land under the public authorities, we should audit the public institutions with acting CEOs. This is important for safeguarding the resources in this country. Otherwise, I support the Report. I also congratulate the Committee and the Chairman of the Committee for the good Report. Thank you."
