    "content": "congratulate the Public Investment Committee on Social Services, Administration and Agriculture (PIC) for a job well done. They have done a thorough job in terms of making sure that they look into the reports that are tabled to them by the Auditor-General. If everybody can play his or her role the way PIC, that is led by my friend and Chairman, Hon. Wangwe, has done, Kenya would be in a better place, especially in terms of making sure that people are made to account. Public funds must be spent as per the Public Finance Management (PFM) Act, 2012."
