Now, the Committee has stated that Kenyatta University Teaching, Research and Referral Hospital, which is worth more than Ksh5 billion, is built on land whose ownership is not known. That one clearly tells you how this country's resources are not taken care of. If somebody today, God forbid, comes with a genuine title deed for the same property, then that institution itself, the whole hospital that we are talking about today as one of the best hospitals in this country that is doing thorough research on serious diseases, will be taken over by a private investor."
