    "content": "Thank you. The microphone is back. In terms of mandate, nothing has changed. I thought at one point that, as a House, we need to rethink our strategy because we may not be as effective as the Constitution envisages in terms of our oversight role and especially because we only rely on reports coming from the Auditor- General’s Office. At times, these reports pile up to the extent that now we keep looking back close to 10 years. Looking at matters that happened 10 years back, of course, then it means even if we were to take action, as the Member who has just spoken has said, it will be very difficult to really dig back because some of the people who have committed those atrocities are deceased. They have ceased to live or, maybe, something just happened to them."
