"content": "On the issue of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), as we enter the age of e-business, twitters and facebook, I believe that this is a good direction. When the Minister thought of funding the ICT, it is the best thing to ever happen to this country because we must be computer literate. We must go to where the world is going, otherwise if we are left behind, we will be like that person who was left in the wilderness who died because he was alone. So as a country, if we want to move forward, we must embrace ICT. When the Minister said that he was going to take ICT to the grassroots, it was a very good idea because most of those people do not have these kind of services."
