Our people are taken around by handcarts because there is no infrastructure. The sewer lines which were put up in the 1950s are the ones we are still using yet at that time, we were probably 200,000 people. Now we are 3 million. So, this area of infrastructure should be looked into and the Minister should consider concessions which are going to help this country."
