    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Chairlady. I support what the Deputy Whip of the Majority Party has said. Kenyans are aware that vetting the Cabinet Secretaries ended last week. The Committee is in the process of finalising the report so that it is tabled in the House this afternoon. Hon. Emaase, who is the co-sponsor of this important Bill, is part of the Committee on Appointments. On that basis, it is not possible for her to be here and also in the other meeting. I recommend that this matter be pushed to another day so that we allow the next Bills to be debated. I submit, Hon. Temporary Chairlady."
