    "content": "Over the last few days, there was a situation where a religious leader in Eldoret Town, and some people, were conned by somebody who took their money. They were told that it would multiply. I believe that each person who gave out his money and was conned is seriously stressed. Therefore, mental health is such an important matter that we cannot forget. Years back, it used to be said that in every marketplace, there was a mad man. Those people are not mad but they have mental challenges. They are sick. They need medical care so that they can be taken off the streets, get medication and go back to gainful engagements in life. Therefore, we cannot ignore mental health and its importance or significance. As leaders, we have a duty to ensure that we bring up young people in a society that has access to mental facilities that can take care of them."
